DELICIOUSLY RAW ACADEMY CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

We understand that there are times when you must cancel a place on a course due to unavoidable circumstances. 

You can cancel your place on a course in writing at any point.

You can request to be removed from the academy at any point. Please note that by requesting to be removed from the academy you will no longer have access to your training programmes. 

Participants in breach of our terms and copyright on our courses and course material may forfeit their right to participate in and access the programme. Deliciously Raw holds copyright over the programme framework, structure, tutorials, guidance, toolkits and recipes may not be publicly or privately shared, taught, reproduced or published either digitally or physically for profit or not for profit and remain the property of Deborah Durrant trading as Deliciously Raw, Deliciously Raw Culinary School, Deliciously Raw Academy, Deliciously Raw Kitchen and Deliciously Raw Deli. No part of this training programme or downloads may be reproduced by any means whatsoever without the prior written permission from the author. 

Anyone found to be in breach of these terms or found to be selling the programme or elements of the programme on will be politely removed from the academy. No refunds will be given.

REFUND POLICY

Since all online programmes, materials and downloads are non-tangible irrevocable products, we do not issue a refund once you have been given access to the online materials. The right to a refund ends once you have been granted access to the online product. By accessing the training, you will have utilised our services and your right to cancel will have ended. 

Most programmes do not have a time limit and can be completed in your own time. Where the programme has stated start and finishing dates, your participation can be paused and resumed in a future programme.
