This course is structured for you to learn at your own pace. You will need access to the internet in order to gain access to the Raw Chef Low Sugar Essentials course to work through the tasks. You have lifetime access to the course.
On average it will take 20 hours to complete this course, averaging two hours a week for 10 weeks to complete the tasks. When you have completed the course, you will continue to have access to the materials.
You’ll need a blender, a food processor, a knife and other equipment that you will probably have in your kitchen. You can download the equipment list here.
The Raw Chef Low Sugar Essentials is non certificated a self-study programme. There are reflection activities and tasks to support you in your self-study.
