Savoury nut roast – learn to create a flavourful savoury centrepiece to satisfy your guests. This nut roast has taken a while to perfect - and it has the perfect crumb texture. Surround it with vibrant veggies and gorgeous greens such as fennel, watercress and apricot salad with candied walnuts.

Once you sign up, you will gain access to the recordings of both masterclass sessions. Feel free to 'cook-a-long' if you want to - or concentrate on watching the lessons and make the menu afterwards.
There is a dedicated discussion forum in the academy platform for you to chat with colleagues, ask questions and share photos.
Access to the downloadable recordings of the two lessons, shopping list, menu and recipe download with wine pairing guide, equipment list, advance preparation and planning cribsheet and community discussion forum.
This course is structured so that you can either cook-a-long or watch the downloadable recordings and then replicate the menu. You will need access to the internet in order to gain access to the course material and recorded lessons. You have access to this version of the course (as long as the course is advertised). All the materials - including the recordings - are downloadable.
You’ll need a blender, a food processor, a knife, vegetable peeler, a nut milk bag - and other equipment that you will probably have in your kitchen. A dehydrator is used but you can use your oven if you haven't got one.
There is a dedicated community discussion board for you to ask questions of Deborah and take part in chats with your fellow participants.
